Keep getting kicked off chat

The pre registration is killing me. Waited yesterday for 6 hours today coming up on 4 and I’m not even sure the system is working! I keep getting logged off and having to log in again and refresh my system. Anyone else have this issue? I tried searching for it but nothing came up

Yes you have to re log in every 20-30 minutes you do not lose your spot

That’s how it works.
When you log back in, your chat will be in the same place.
If you aren’t sure it’s still active, you can write a message - it will show up in the chat with ‘sent’

I was kicked on and off for several hours … to be exact 7 hours!! But finally got through. I started off using my laptop and logging in and refreshing was not very difficult, but I had to leave for a couple of hours so took my IPhone with me and continued to log in from there. The process was a lot more difficult with my phone. But again .. patience persevered and about 7 hours later I was chatting

To those that suggested being on right at 7 am on Sunday mornings, THANK YOU. I was waiting at 6:50 and hit the button right at 7:00 am. We got my sister's DAS setup and then did the chat and we were done by 7:45 am. I did panic a bit as a minute after the chat from the person telling us they would be with us after finishing up with their current call, we had to reload. Then as she was sending the video request, my sister's oxygen hose came unplugged, so that was an entirely different panic as I was not in a good spot to get to the hose quickly. It all worked out though and we were able to get her 2 picks at the 2 parks we knew what she wanted.

Try to log in as soon as they open. I waited 3 hours and logged in about 8 minutes after they opened at 7am.

I waited 8 hours yesterday after logging on at 9 am. I was on my phone. I turned off my screensaver and found that helped a little to not get logged off as often. I did find that I was logged off every 30 minutes at least and had to resign in. Good luck.

Being kicked off about every 30 minutes is ‘normal’.
I don’t know for sure, but think it is because you are signed into your Disney account, which has a lot of sensitive information (resort reservation, tickets, etc).
