Keep Coral Reef or Another Epcot Restaurant??

I had read somewhere that the Living Seas Pavillion would be closed in Aug when were at WDW. We have an AR already for Coral Reef but was wondering if with all the refurbishing going on what it would be like. When I first printed the list of restaurants participating in the MYW plan in Jan the only ones available were Garden Grill, Le Cellier (which used to be Signature, but not now--not interested despite the great reviews--as we are Canadian can get more of the same here at home), Akershus, Biergarten and Rose and Crown. Now I see that many more have been added so I am debating whether to change my AR for myself, Dh and 2 DD's -- Coral Reef is it really worth the signature rating???
What would you Disney dining Buffs (never been) do keep Coral Reef or choose: Teppanyaki? Nine Dragons?
San Angel? Makaresh?

We were considering doing DiveQuest on our trip, so I called to see if they were still doing tours while the refurb is going on. I was told that neither the tours NOR Coral Reef would be affected. In fact, I was advised to make PS"s for Coral Reef to see our family members dive the tank, b/c that would be the only way to see them since the Pavilion would be closed.

Having said that....I would rather eat at Teppanyaki over CR ANY day.

If you want to dine there, nothing will be affected in the restaurant or tanks by the refurb according to Disney so far.

However, I'd eat at one of the WS restaurants instead if given a chance. Marrakesh is incredible, and is my fave, but you usually can't go wrong trying them all out.

Teppanyaki is wonderful! We ate there in Dec. as part of the CP package and loved it! I've never heard of a good review for CR though....
