Keep checking for the BRP room you want

Just wanted to let everyone know to keep on checking BRP for the room that they want. When the April dates were first released on the AP Best Rate Program a few weeks ago I couldn't get Poly GV Concierge which was what I really wanted so just booked Poly GV, also could only book up to Apr 13th so had a seperate reservation for the 14th at AAA rate. Yesterday I checked out of interest and Poly GV Concierge was available on the BRP for the whole of my stay....booked today....hoorah

So don't give up hope...keep on checking if the room you really want isn't available straight away.

Are you saying that you were able to book concierge even for the last night of your stay or is that still at AAA rate. Last I checked, I couldn't book at BRP rates past April 13th. Just went to the site to try again but there is a message on the website stating that the online reservation system is down until sometime tomorrow.

Hi Lisa

Yes my Dreams Unlimited TA managed to get the Best Rate for me up to and including our last night at the Poly (14th Apr), it was also showing as available on the BRP site itself.

I think I read in another post that the reservation website is down over the weekend so that may be why you are having a problem.

Yes, after I read your post I went straight to the website to see if BRP rates were out for stays after Apr 13th, and was disappointed to see the website will be down all weekend. I've been waiting for quite a while to book something for May and now that you have confirmed they are available, I'll just call CRO and see what they can do. Thanks again!

BRP are available from 120-60 days from your vacation.

Thanks. Currently we can only book BRP rates for arrival dates through 4/13/06 which is just under 120 days from now so it sounds like we will be able to book for arrivals after that date any time now. That's great news!

We're going in May and between waiting for BRP rates and waiting on SWA to release flights for that time, I'm really getting anxious.

I did call CRO and a very nice CM told me that even though the website is down and instructing people to call CRO, she could not book BRP rates and that I need to wait for the website to come back up on Sunday. I just checked and the website is back up now, but the April 13th arrival date is still in effect. So the wait continues...
