Ok, so we want an ADR at probably one of the least popular restaurants...Plant Hollywood. We'll have the $15 voucher and want to stop there between 7 & 8 PM on our first night for a sandwich or apps and drinks. We ate there last year and had a great meal. We walked up and were seated right away about 6:30 PM. Well, we want to go on a Monday night this year before free dining and the CM said that only 5:30 and 10:15 were available that night for a party of 2! I was pretty surprised!

Should I keep trying back in hopes that something opens up? What do you think our chances are of just walking up and getting seated soon? I'm pregnant so the most I could probably wait would be 20 min., if that!

Thanks!!!!

I would keep calling back. You never know unless you call if something has opened up. I kept calling for CRT and got a ressie for 3 less than 30 days out. pixiedust: Hope you get what you want!

I agree with Jeannie. Keep calling back until you get an ADR. I had to do this for Le Cellier, and BAM! I got a reservation! :woohoo:

I called months ago for our adr's and of course the only one my MOM wanted was Le Cellier. Somehow it was the only one I forgot to get an adr for . I'm going to keep calling and hope i get something for anytime the week we are there!

Yes, keep calling! It will seem hopeless but you never know when something might open up.

In fact, it just worked out for my family last week. We wanted to eat at Chef Mickey's for dinner, and I called every day for a month trying to get a ressie. I finally got one...one day before! :cool1:

I think the problem is that Planet Hollywood does not make ADRs during peak dining hours in the evening...so even if you call back everyday you still won't be able to make an ADR. It's strictly first come - first served.

Don't waste your time calling back. During summer(busy) months, they do not take advance reservations between 6pm - 10pm. I remember someone on these boards posting a link to a free coupon for VIP seating.

I had called a couple of days ago for Planet Hollywood ADRs for my family, who will be traveling to WDW in August. The CM told me that Planet Hollywood does not accept ADRS between 6:00 and 10:00 pm most nights. Between these hours, it apparently is walk-in only.
