Keep 50 pts

My DW and I have 150 pts and are planning to retire north of Orlando. Can one sell only 100 pts and keep the balance for a couple of getaways a year ?

If all 150 of those points are in 1 contract, then no you can't split it up. HOWEVER, what you could do is purchase a small add-on of 50 points (either thru DVC or via resale) and then sell your 150 point contract.
