Keen Shoes?!

Anyone use Keen shoes at Disney. DDs both have them and so does DH. I hope they are comfortable for WDW. Anyone with experience...

I just used them for two full days at Disneyland/California Adventure...for the first time in my life my feet didn't hurt after walking. They were just tired, which is to be expected, but didn't hurt. I definately reccomend them! Btw, I have the Keen Newport H2s.

I ordered the Venice model for both me and my mom -- we have really been planning for our feet this time. I have 2 pairs of sneakers that I'm breaking in, 2 pairs of Crocs and the Keens on the way...

We bought our Crocs because of recommendations here on the board, but I just can't imagine doing the kind of walking we usually do in them. I wore mine one day when we were filming -- typically log about 15,000 steps those days -- and while my feet didn't really hurt, I'm not sure they'll last up in the parks. They'll be good for the resort, though.

Hope to hear more good things about the Keens!

We wore them when we were there in June. My feet occasionally got hot, but not a single blister, sore spot, pain, etc. These shoes were amazing! I am actually contemplating getting a pair of "winter" Keens for the fall and winter because I have never worn such a comfortable pair of shoes.

I am thinking about ordering a pair for myself. Can you wear sandals in November? I have the flip flop style and love them, but thinking the Newport style is more supportive. Anyone find a good site on the internet to order from?

Bought a pair 3 days before we left . Mainly to use at the water parks.DD had a pair and liked how they held up for her.

Well never took them off for most of the trip . Did wear some of my other ( northface ,Ecco) Watershoes that are more like tennis shoes at night a few nights but my KEEN's are my new Disney and most other summer shoes.

I have a pair in the flipflop style and wore them last trip, nice and comfy and my feet were happy.
MY DH just bought a pair that look more like a tennis shoe and he just loves them! We both mostly wear Birks but when it rains I don't want to ruin a $100 pair of shoes! The keens fit the bill perfectly.
My DH had knee surgery last November and he still limps a bit but since he has been wearing the Keens the limp is gone...

Both my husband and I wear the Newport Sandals almost exclusively at both the theme and water parks. We've used them for at least 4 trips to DL and WDW and love them. Non-slip, good toe protection, dry quickly and cool. We wear them a lot at home, too.
