Keen Sandals?

Maybe I'm not in the right spot for this... Sorry.
I've heard a lot of good things about Keen sandals and Zuily has them on sale today, so I broke down and got some for me and DS.
I'd like to get some reviews about them if I can. We are going to the Dream in October, so I plan for us to wear them on the ship, and on the beach. But how are they for full days at WDW?

Greatest walking sandals ever.
I have them and so do my kids.
No "breaking in" period, just put them on and go. I had just gotten mine and wore them walking all over NYC for a week. I was in heaven. No sore feet, no sore calves from lack of arch support...
I also like the closed toe so that kids don't stub.
Ours are waterproof which is extra nice.

Keens are the best shoes I have ever owned! I wore them for our 10 day Disney trip and not a single blister. They dry easily when they get wet. They don't smell when you sweat. They are awesome!

I also think they are great. Thios subject has come up numerous times in this section of the DIS, and they have been a frequent answer on my part.

I always suggest a waterproof shoe for WDW (along with at least one other pair of good quality walking shoes).

Is there a style (name) that is better for walking than others. I hate trial and error on something so expensive.

Just bought some for my grandson to wear to the Smoky Mtns. on their camping trip for in and out of the rocky streams. They have great protection for toes!

Keens are expensive, but worth every penny IMO. They are the best shoes for the parks. I have less back ache after wearing them. Also love that they can get wet. I have walked in soaking wet ones for hours and no blister.

Like all shoes, I think you have to try them on and see what feels right on you. Some styles feel too narrow for me. I wear the kids newport. Zappos is great for trying on different sizes and styles.

MY DS7 and DD10 live in them all summer long. They wear them hiking, to the pool, playing outside etc etc etc. I always get them the Newport H2.

Best sandals EVER! I have the Venice H2 and Whisper Slide ones and got then half a size bigger and never had one problem with them.

I lucked out and the two I picked had certain colors that were on clearence at Zappos last year so I saved a decent amount on them.

I love my Keen sandals and they are great for the parks, however I had issues with them on the beach when I went to Hawaii. I found that when walking on the beach the sand got into them and then packed up against the closed toe quickly becoming uncomfortable. The were good when in the water but walking across sand was a problem for me.

I LOVE my Keen sandals! They are my main shoes at WDW. I do usually wear them with ankle socks just because I can't stand the feel of my feet being sweaty, and the socks help that a lot. They are very comfy and cool though.

My kids have worn them as their go-to summer shoes for 3 years now. We love them! My husband got a pairs at year. I just got 2 pairs for myself via the Zulily sale (plus the RetailMeNot coupon code).

Best part for me is they're totally washable too- my son has the stinkiest feet and I just throw his Keens into the washing machine every so often.
