I'm so excited I finally lost another half pound. I've lost 4 altogether in about 6 weeks. I'm sure that doesn't sound like much to most of you but I'm a real slow loser and the queen of yo-yoing, so for me it's a big deal. The challenge now is to keep it down and of course try to lose a few more. My goal was to lose 10 lbs. by July 4th. I'm sure that's not going to happen by then but hey there's always Labor Day to shoot for! A note to Doreen... I like your idea to load up on protein for dinner, although for me it would have to be vegetable or dairy sources since I'm a vegetarian. Thanks for the tip and your enthusiasm. Good luck to you all.
