Anyone have any idea what Kate Gosselin (Jon and Kate Plus 8) uses for her recipe for those tomato pitas that they showed her making on an episode???

I thought I remember her saying it was tomatoes, onions, basil and olive oil.

This is the stuff she said she makes on Saturdays right? With the hummus?

:confused3

Wow I watch way too much Jon & Kate Plus 8 :lmao:

Did anyone watch the one last nite where the 6 turned 4 and they went to make cupcakes? Kate cracked me up - she's SOOOOOO paranoid about them getting dirty. And Jon is opposite. She is very lucky to have him.....at least he gives the family a balance (although most of the time Kate wins!). :)

OMG, I did see this episode. It was no funny to me though. At least the kids had fun. She is so worried about them getting dirty and making sure they look cute and match. Relax have fun.

LOL! you guys are funny! yeah, i wouldn't put up with the screaming, and not letting the kids do anything because of the laundry. That was nuts to take the poor little darlings to the bakery, yet not let them eat their cupcakes! Did you see the employee even looking at her like she was nuts one time??

I bet some little balls of mozzeralla in there would be good, too, huh??

Wonder if she would answer??

I would add a little feta for the kids or yourself that eat it. Better then other cheeses to add health wise.

I make a meatless taco on pita, in bowls I have sliced black olives, and anything else around.

I like to use Plum Tomatoes for this, less pulp, more tomato.

Fourth of July my DIL made a salad, watermelon, cucumber, tomato, I think HoneyDew, and feta cheese and diced American cheese. added olive oil, honey Just from what I watched it had been on Regis show or Good morning America that morning, I did not think I would like it, but it was so yummy. I am a feta person, the grandson and my daughter were not though. The adults loved it.

I don't know the recipe, but just wanted to say how much I love this show. It's my new favourite show. I can watch those reruns on ends. Last night was great. Aaden is so adorable, so is Leah, Alexis, Colin, oh and we can't forget Joel, Hannah or the twins Cara and Maddy. ;) LOL People think I'm crazy that I know the whole family's name. I also call it John and Eight Plus Kate instead lol
