Karen Heyn is my co ordinator!!!

Hey guys,

So excited as I now have my official co ordinator Karen Heyn. I have just emailed my wish list to her with ideas and pictures and we should have our first planning session very soon!

As we are in Scotland everything will be over the phone, has anyone on here had Karen as their co ordinator before?

We also had Karen as our coordinator, and like you, had to plan everything over the phone and internet.

Karen was great, I am sure you will be happy with her. There are times when it can be hard to get ahold of her (or any cooridnator) which can get a little frustrating when you want to know something, but she does always get back to you with the answers.

On the day of our Wedding, Karen was amazing. She kept things running smoothly all day. We had a couple of things throughout the day that didn't go exactly as planned, but she just took care of everything and didn't worry me about it - which was great!

Overall we were really happy with Karen as our planner, and I have heard the same good things from others, so I am sure you will love her!
