Last night on Leno when asked about his mom he mumbled something it being wrong that he took his hurt and made someone else hurt - I seriously hope he wasn't using his mothers death as justification for being an idiot. He was an idiot before she died.

Yes, he was and is and still will be an IDIOT!!! Funny how he's always on award shows taking the mike off of someone..he needs to be BANNED from ANY award show...its not like he has a talent or anything...

I enjoyed Taylor on "The View" when they asked what was she thinking and she gave a step by step synopsis of what she was thinking when she won like "don't trip", "I'll be able to thank the fans", Oh it's Kanye West", "cool hair" and the "ouch!" after he did what he did. She's a sweetheart!

I also read on TMZ how President Obama called Kanye a "jack*ss"--boy did he hit that right on the head!

I guess we will have to just agree to disagree about how long his success will last - singers come and go and his days are about up - artists can't be up at the top all the time just ask all the has beens from the 70's, 80, & 90's and early 2000's - fame is fleeting and only a handful of artists ever have the staying power of a long term popular career. Kanye may have another couple years of fame however in my opinion unless he makes some serious changes with his attitude and ego he will slowly fade away into the past with all the other once famous artists.

Don't worry I am not offended.

Just to be clear... I don't think he will have the long term staying power of say a Madonna or the Stones any of the big name long term stars either. I just don't think his attitude will be what ends his career (it will be his music or the styles and tastes will change etc), and I'm basing that on how well his albums and tours have done after past outbursts. In fact he is featured on 2 of the songs in the top 10 on iTunes right now, one of the top 10 videos, heavily featured on the current #1 album (Swift is on those top 10 lists too) and I heard him 2 times on the radio (2 different stations) on my 10 minute drive home from work this afternoon.

To the poster who said MTV should station security guards... they won't do that for the same reason they chose to put Kanye (who is well known for this) in the front row right next to the stage.

I agree with Pink. Had she won, he would have never pulled that stunt on her. How I wish he had. It would have been worth the price of admission to see her give him a kick that would bring him to his knees.....and then continue with her acceptance speech without missing a beat.
