There was a K. A. Randall, Chairman, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation when Johnson was President. Maybe he had something to do with the founding of Visa.

It's always the name used on all non-active cards (i.e. cards with no strip on the back). I have a dozen or so of them, and its on every one.
