Reading about all the bad service that people on and not on the dining plan are getting, are any of you addressing this problem with the restuarant manager? I'm just curious because I know if I get some of the service that some of you have described I would have asked to speak to the manager on duty. Now I wouldn't go so far to try to get someone fired or anything but the person giving bad service needs to be talked with or retained. Maybe by talking to the management this might help or might not, but the more everyone complains the more attention is brought to the problem.

I don't know JMHO. Should I be putting on my flame suit now?

I agree with speaking to the manager if it's really bad. I suspect most of the examples would be just on the line .... not bad enough in specific ways to warrant a complaint, just not acceptable. In that case, perhaps a followup letter after the visit expressing disappointment with specific dates/times/restaurants would be easier and less stressful.
