You might here the terms dedicated studio or dedicated 1-bedroom or dedicated 2-bedroom.

What that means is that it is not part of a 2-bedroom lock-off, which is a 1-bedroom attached to a studio with a connecting door. A 2-bedroom lock-off can be rented as a 2-bedroom or a 1-bedroom and a studio.
