Just wondering on incentives for buying Direct..

I plan on trying to purchase 100 BCV whether it be direct or resale not sure yet. I was just noticing the incentives perks end may 31st do they ever put new ones after these end or can they extend the one now?

If you mean the direct incentives for buying at PVB, they always seem to have a new incentive as soon as the other expires. Sometimes they just extend the end date, and other times they bounce back and forth between developer credits and extra points. Did your guide say you would get the incentives for buying at BCV direct also?

If you go resale and then 25 add on you'll be in the same place logistically and either save around $3-4K or get another 50 points for roughly the same buy in though additional dues. But the difference is not as large as for some other choices such as BWV.

There aren't any incentives for BCV direct.
