Just when you think it's all sorted... (help please)

Well, we get a phone call from the travel agent yesterday saying the tickets are ready to be picked up. So first thing this morning we go pick them up and excitedly get the hope.

Thats when we realise. The disney tickets are e-tickets. Noooo!
(ok maybe not that terrible just something we have not even thought about)

so can we redeem these and put them on our key to the world cards (i think thats what they are called). Or will they have to be seperate.

I'll get this question answered before I ask the next.

disney will be able to put them on your room ley when you check in. we normally get vouchers and thats what they do

We were able to exchange our vouchers at our Disney hotel, but they were unable to put them on the room key, they gave us them as seperate tickets.

Same here so we had two key to the world cards!

I think they have difficulty putting the UK tickets on.

We've stayed on Disney twice, both times able to add to one card, perhaps it depends on your TA. We've used Virgin & TCD -both OK. We had bought the ultimate ticket-think that's the UK only one.

I went last September with virgin. Had the 21 day ultimate ticket and they had no problem putting it on my room key.

we booked through Thomas Cook TA & flew with BA last year & they put the 14 day ticket on our room key at POFQ with no probs. Going with First Choice this time so hope they can do it as I dont really want to carry two cards.

We always tranfer our tickets onto our room cards, we've never had a problem doing it. Just remember to tell the checkin CM before he or she prints out your room cards.

Hi

First 2 times on site, they put our tickets from Virgin onto our Key to the World, but 18 months ago at POR they wouldn't - the check in clerk even checked with the manager but they wouldn't.

We were spending our first day at a water park, so that first night we had to go over to DTD to change the voucher into a ticket - fingers crossed we won't have the same problem in 6 weeks!!!

Maybe this is why we have had separate ticket cards to room key cards in the past.

We were told it wasn't possible to have them on one card as we hadn't booked direct with Disney, but as other people have said it IS possible.

Next time i'll raise the ticket issue as soon as we get to the check in desk.
