I didn't take it, but assure you if I were there I would have taken plenty ... and then asked a CM WHY IS THAT IN HERE? loudly. It was taken by a regular at Disney and guess he was protecting their identity. But it got him thinking and me too ............
Drink around the World will be a new pay Disney Event ....

Reminds me though of something I did see with my own eyes and so wished I had photographed it but my mouth was hanging too wide open ....
Imagine I am just at corner at Peter Pan when stroller parking was still at Tangled bathrooms. A man came flying from Carousel direction in his ECV and his wife was in a manual W/C bungee corded to him. He took the turn hard and she flew out sideways like when you water ski. She maintained and I did admonish my thoughts but I was so hoping she would cut lose and fly over the bushes into the plants, bottom up. Okay that was mean ...... snicker.
Ooohhhh..... a recliner! I like your thinking!![]()

I'm not sure if it's an office chair, or an old hair dressers chair. My hair dressers chairs are almost identical to that...... lol

I don't know why Disney insists on using this particular language, but it only says "vehicles SHOULD be single rider and not exceed xyz..." It doesn't say MUST. And even if it breaks "the rules", it's Disney's rules and they retain the right to bend/change/ignore whatever rules they please, much to my chagrin. Unfortunately it's not against the law.
I think the rig shouldn't be allowed in, but I'm wondering if they found/argued some semantics based loophole. People never cease to amaze, eh?
I can't stop looking at this! Look at all that handy storage up top! Sign me up!
Someone recently pointed out to me that rolling coolers were ok, as long as they didn't exceed a given size. Don't remember what it was now but I do admit I didn't realize that.Well frankly, I'm not surprised. The last two weeks I saw numerous wheeled coolers, 3 kids in a bike trailer (with a giant wheel in front and two small wheels on the back that didn't swivel, and the thing was WIDE), and adult pushing another adult in a Disney rental stroller, several people with chair canes, kids riding on a scooter drivers lap, and yes, a wagon. I felt like I was constantly turning around to my husband and saying What the heck???
I want to see this two person scooter contraption on a Disney bus. LOL.
Those things are great. We have 2 or 3 of them here, both on land and even 1 on water. It would be great fun to have one at WS. Though I'm certain that would never happen due to the hazard of maneuvering it in the crowds. Not sure you realize that these usually have a tap system and serve beer.
And again, Disney isn't "the law". It's their private property and if they wish to exempt someone from their rules at their own discretion then that's on them and allowed. Heck, we've all seen something in the parks at some point that left us wondering WTH??? Like this contraption. They clearly didn't sneak it in and can't hide it. Obviously The powers that be chose to allow it and make an exception to their private property rules.Should and shall in legal documents has the same weight as must. I always thought it was permissive, but it isn't. I did transactional (contract) work for almost ten years before my current gig.
There may be a good reason for it. The wife may be mobility impaired and possibly visually impaired that would stop her from having her own.

Got to admit, after walking around the parks all day with tired, aching feet, I dreamed of hitching a ride on an ECV. Never thought my dreams could be a reality!![]()
Disney may not be "the law" but if someone got hurt due to this being allowed in, and it went to court, The Law would be on the injured party's side, because Disney's "law" says it's not allowed. It's Disney's rules, but it's also legal fine print. And again, Disney isn't "the law". If someone got hurt from something that was "allowed in" the law would be on the injured party's side too.
