I'm just going to guess no, here. 1) nothing wrong with a guy who can come up with that set up and 2) it doesn't actually look safer than letting a visually impared person drive their own scooter.

I agree, disppointed there's no cupholder. And if I had been the lucky lady, I think I would have said "earl, honey, while you're at it, I want an awning. And can't you paint it a pretty color. add me a compartment for my chapstick sunglasses and popcorn. And don't forget the spare christmas lights!"

Does the bar that attaches the back "chair" to the front chair swivel/bend? If it is a fixed bar then it is not considered a towed object but rather one very large/long vehicle I guess.

I don't know why Disney insists on using this particular language, but it only says "vehicles SHOULD be single rider and not exceed xyz..." It doesn't say MUST. And even if it breaks "the rules", it's Disney's rules and they retain the right to bend/change/ignore whatever rules they please, much to my chagrin. Unfortunately it's not against the law.

I think the rig shouldn't be allowed in, but I'm wondering if they found/argued some semantics based loophole. People never cease to amaze, eh?

I believe That part applies to the sentence before it referencing 2-wheeled vehicles. No bikes or segways or things that can't stand up on their own, and no adding modifications to them so they can stand up unassisted.
