Yes we ate up there last trip. Then I got locked out there. DD was waiting for me downstairs and thankfully came back to see what was taking me so long and opened the door for me. I have no idea how it happened but we got a good laugh out of it. It was a nice peaceful dinner too.
The next time you're there, go to the dining room directly behind the cash register lanes and look up - the inside balcony is right there, with the outside balcony right behind it.

There's a stairway from the outside balcony to the ground. Having it possible for someone to get "locked out" up there would be a MAJOR violation of fire safety rules.
