Just when I think I've seen it all...

Whatever you say.

My pets are extremely well cared for and loved. Just because I don't equate them with my children doesn't make me any less of an "animal lover."

Besides which, you proved my argument for me by using the word animal. :teeth:

Can we stop this inane debate? I think if you'll check back originally I was objecting to the fact that someone found stewing a rabbit funny. How did that end up equating to me treating pets as people???? If you want to continue this argument, I suggest you PM me instead of continuing posting on this thread.

Hmm, I very nearly wrote "Talk to the paw, 'cause the furry face ain't listening" :rotfl: :rotfl2: ;)

WOW! I have never seen one before. I didn't even know they made them.

I think that the rabbit comment was just a joke. Personally, I think that rabbit tastes yucky and they're much too cute to eat anyway.

I really believe that our cats would freak if we tried to put them in one of those things. They hate the cat carrier and I can't imagine that this would be any different for them.

I was doing a scrapbook demonstration at Hobby Lobby and this woman walked in with one of those. Everyone was staring at her like she'd lost her mind.

However, this past summer, I had to stop at HL to pick up some things I desperately needed for a scrapbook job I was doing and had just picked up the dog from the groom. It was way too hot to leave her in the car, so I grabbed a shopping cart and put my 50 lb Jindo in! I was having such a hard time not :rotfl2: at us walking through the store. I was so GLAD to get out of there!!! My dog goes to the vet, the groom and petsmart, but that's it. She'd much rather stay home in climate-control and snooze on the couch any day!

I can top this!

On TV this weekend was an advert for a set of carpeted Pet Stairs(3 steps) so your pet can get more easily on your bed or sofa....I thought most people train their pets not to do that! :rotfl2:

i've seen pics of the pet stroller and i laugh everytime. i think it's silly. no offense to those who use it. i have cats so i can imagine the craziness if i pushed my cats in a stroller.

We take Sophie with us places, and when we had Teddy he went places too! Pet Strollers (while we never splurged and purchased one) are a great idea. Sophie is very small and she gets tired very easily, even half and hour at the dog park tires her and she can't make it back to the car (unless of course she can chase the ducks).

Point being, some people love their pets very much and they are very much a part of the family and if the dog is small, a stroller is a must!
