My family and I just finished watching Walt Disney World, Behind The Scenes. We now have the itch to go back and have a couple of questions......
How are the crowds and how is the weather on either the week before or the week after Presidents day? And does anyone know if there will be discounts for Disney hotels at that time. Also, how is the weather at that time of year. We are thinking of staying at the Beach Club and would like to enjoy SAB. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!

ME TOOOOOOO !!!!!!

Beach Club is GORGEOUS !

Hey we watched too! Me and DS were off to bed when it came on (yeah we are early birds) and loved it. We are leaving in three weeks and it made it more exciting. My DS has some "issues" so this was a great way to reinforce what we'll be seeing and doing.

Feb. weather in Orlando is beautiful and can even be a bit chilly. But, keep in mind that time around President's Day can be very busy. Many schools have a week break during that time. We have relatives that always come down from NJ to visit us in South FL that week. You may be able to find discounts but I would call ASAP for availability first.

I was disppointed I missed that special, but just checked the TC website and see it is on again this Saturday night. I have a new favorite channel:)--they show more on DISNEY than the Disney Channel!!(who owns them??)

We were there the week before President's Day last year and it was fine until Thursday ( I guess we got there Tuesday) . . . then it was a zoo. That weekend was AWFUL in terms of crowds. We always try to go when it's less crowded so this year's trip we'll be coming home before that craziness! I appreciate people trying to work around holidays, but I also feel for them when they have to deal with the bigger crowds.

I wish I had the Travel Channel. I hate missing all this good shows on WDW

But did you see the WL, FW and VWL on the Travel Channel on Monday AM? Samantha Brown also went to MK and HDD.

Wow!Wish I had seen it too.Happy planning.

Just watched it this morning and now I want to go!!! We stayed there 2 years ago and loved it. My husband said, "We can't be going to Disney too often, it's too expensive!" He calls 2 years often!!!
