Yes, the 1-bedroom Concierge Level at Jambo House has a sleeper chair. Only the Values (which only exist in Jambo House) don't have the sleeper chair.

Do the regular one bedrooms in Jambo also have sleeper chairs? I'm not sure what view we have, but I do know it's not value nor club level.

All Standard View, Savanna View and Concierge Level 1-bedroom villas in Jambo House have a sleeper chair. The only other room category at Jambo House is Value (no sleeper chair) which are physically smaller than the other three catgories.
