Just want to make sure I understand banking points!

If I have, say, 60 banked points from Dec '03, my understanding is that they are banked into the Dec '04 use year (Dec 04 - Dec 05) and so I must use those '03 original points by Dec of 05. Is that correct??? And the use year starts on the first of the month, right? So a Dec '04 use year would run from Dec 1, 2004 - Nov 30, 2004. (?)

You understand correctly! I'm assuming that you just made a typo in your last statement re use year. Your December 04 use year runs between 12/1/2004 and November 30, 2005 .
