We were at WDW for 5 nights around a 4 night cruise in Feb and I just can't stop thinking about coming back. We have tickets paid for (thanks airmiles) and the condo we stay at is available and not yet hat expensive. I keep checking flights through Aeroplan and the dates aren't what I would want (the return date is not available).

We have another cruise booked next April but we won't be coming to WDW so it would likely be 2019 before we come back. And that just feels like too long.

The darn Canadian exchange is a drag too!

Just wishing outloud!

I start planning for the next trip almost as soon as we get back! Does not have to be even theme parks , just like Florida in general. And yes the low CDN $ does factor in.

I'm the same way. Get back from a trip and want to plan the next one! I currently have Disney booked for a week end of August, a cruise for December and two cruises in March (have to cancel one, can't afford both ha ha, I booked the RCL while on one so I want to move it rather than cancel, but need to figure out where to put it). Any way. I still keep looking and wish I could do more.

And now because my December cruise leaves from Port Canaveral I'm thinking... maybe we could stay at Disney the night before, we always fly in at least a day early... go to the Mickey's Christmas Party? I mean we're going all the way to Orlando! sigh... I need to win the lottery or something :)

We went in October, my first time in 30 years and my wife and daughter's first time ever. We all want to go back, but thankfully I've managed to put it out of their minds by saying "we should wait until the new Star Wars and Pandora (ok Pandora is done now but wasnt then) are finished.

So I think we'll hold off for a few years until all the construction is done and the "Just opened" rush is over.

I don't ever leave a trip without out a fairly firm plan for when and where the next one is. It can be way in the future, or just a rough idea, but Dh and I feel better knowing that there is something on the horizon. That being said, after our August trip it will be about a year until another trip. And that one is going to be to the Canadian Rockies. So it will be quite some time until we return to Florida and that will be a big adjustment for me. We just want to do other things, and with our dollar the way it is, now is the time to do them.

I went with the dd for one day at Magic Kingdom and one day at Universal. It was the first time for either of us. Now I want to take the other half and our boys...and go see all the parks and I know the hubby and boys will  Universal and the new Avatar rides. So this determined momma is working the airmiles, cc rewards, and my side business of refurbishing furniture to make a trip happen for us. It is expensive...but I want my boys to experience this...since I have taken the DD ( 23 ) and she loved it!

We did 10 days at the start of March, the first half was great but then the temps dropped along with Florida break and it got really crazy. I told my wife we weren't going back for awhile. But now the school my wife and I work at are organizing a Middle School trip to Disney in January and we've been asked to go as chaperones. As much as traveling with 30 Middle School kids does not sound like my idea of fun, it will allow me to go back to Disney sooner than expected. So now I can start getting excited again.

That's amazing your school is organizing a trip. How did you incorporate this trip into the curriculum? My kids would love a school field trip to WDW!!

This will be the third time our school has gone down. They take part in the Disney YES program. We do 3 days where they spend the mornings in the park with a Disney educator learning from a variety of subjects. I think last year they learned about gravity at ToT, designed roller coasters at Space Mountain and learned about story making at Epcot. There's a number of topics you can pick from. Then they spent the afternoon at the resort doing a project on what they learned in the morning and then spent the evenings at the parks.
