Just spoke with Delta about next week

I couldnt help myself I am just such a worrier. I called Delta to see what the policy is for myself on cancelling for the possible upcoming Jeanne and they had no problem whatsoever and were very nice. Told me I could reschedule without penalty. I did have to ask if there have been cancellations and she said "tons of cancellations for next week"! YIKES! Good news and Bad news....Delta was wonderful but it sounded like from her Jeanne is going to be mean! Do airlines have info we are not privy too?

Jeanne looks like it might strengthen to a hurricane, but the probable storm track has it dealing only a glancing blow to southeast Florida before heading out to the Atlantic. Things can change quickly, however. And I wouldn't count on a random ticket agent at Delta having any unusual insight.

Too early to tell with Jeanne what will happen. I can tell you that lots and lots of Floridians are watching the track of the hurricane.
