We sold Briar Patch. I wanted to thank the posters who have been our guest and praised our home while we owned it. The new owners seem to be a great couple and are really treating everyone who booked with me wonderfully and are abiding to the terms in which the guest booked under.This has been such an easy change over.

I can honestly say Briar Patch Villa is a great home to stay in.

Hi Jennifer,

Lots of the vacation properites are for sale. So glad to hear you got yours sold...Sunset Lakes is a beautful area and looks like they are building many more homes across Funie Steed. We also sold our home Emerald Island. Just too good a deal to pass up and rentals on 7 bedroom were getting harder as there are now so many large homes and 7 bedroom is a limited small market.

We are now retired and stay in the Disney area for 3 winter months. We watched 1st hand as more and more homes in the area have gone up for sale. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next year or so.

All the best to you...I had some withdrawel symptoms the 1st few months after the sale as I kept checking the email for enquires...
I really kind of miss all the action on the computer, but not enough to want all those hours back...

I know what you mean on all points!! I have watched the market for a while and just thought it was time. Besides, we have now moved to the area and when our home is built we will only be 35-40 mins away.

I have no idea what I am going to do now that I am not dealing with the rental house. LOL I miss it at the moment but I am sure that to will pass.
