i called connections to sign up. The conversation was really weird.

Our conversation was very defensive... he would say "are you calling about a charge/item you didn't receive" .."Why are you calling"

like i had the wrong number.... strange...


anyhow..... after a while he figured out that i was a new customer and he told me that either i could sign up for connections via automated phone system or the web site www.dealpass.com

i chose the web site.... big mistake... the web site is not very clear in what you are supposed to do... and i ended up signing up for a 24protectplus service for $169.

so after i figured out my mistake I called back and did the connections with the phone system. easy sign up.... they are suppose to mail me a packet out.

The phone number that I have is 800-568-2386. I ordered through Lillian Vernon, 2 days later called Connections and got my membership number. I placed an order on the Dealapss web site for Q&C Vouchers and had them 3 days later. They came UPS 2nd day air!

The packets are general and don't give the prices. There are several things that are sold by Connections. You need to go on the website once you are a member to get the prices for the vouchers. The dinner ones ($60) are not on the website at this time...imo they aren't worth it even if they were.

Has anyone ordered anything other than the Q&C meal vouchers??

I noticed that there were movie theater passes....anyone get these?

Thanks for the phone number...when do the vouchers expire? I am going in April and am trying to figure out when to join to order the passes.

Also, if the other items they have are good...I may keep the membership.

I joined Connections last month through Lillian Vernon. I got me information from Connections in a very timely matter.

I got my login about three days after the order from Lillian Vernon. Went on the website and placed my order.

Everything I ordered came in two business days and last week I cancelled my membership with no harassment or problems. The customer service rep was very nice and cancelled my account.

I have looked on my credit card and have not been charged anything beyond the order that I placed.

Also the Dinner vouchers for around $60 are not offered at this time per a customer service rep although it is shown in the welcome package. Hope it helps.

All you connection members....is it worth it to join for a short visit to WDW. I'm only going to be there for 2 days. We're staying at the AKL and then taking a Disney cruise. Would it be worth my trouble to join to get discounts for those few days? Thanks.
