Hello everyone...
Just thought I'd pass on a bit about our trip. We took our 8 month old daughter and had a blast. Here's what we did.
We got a fridge in our room to keep her formula and juice cold.... very nice to have.
We brought our own stroller.... big plus!! Although make sure it folds easy. We also brought an infant carrier for her... hmm.. I think was called Snugli. It was nice to have on the rides. The ones she is allowed on aren't very fast or anything, but some are in the dark and the cars do jerk a bit. The boat rides bump a bit too. It was nice to have her strapped onto us. We also used it toward the night when it got cooler just to walk around. When we weren't using it, we just left if in the stroller basket. We folded the stroller with it in there. No one took it either when we went to eat and stuff. It was very easy to keep around. Also, since you can't have the stroller open on the bus. She would sleep in the carrier too. Then I could go right on the bus without waking her.
We had the best diaper bag.. from Babies R Us. It was half diaper bag and half cooler bag but still small. We kept the bottles cool in there. When the ice pack melted, we kept a ziploc and asked some of the vendors for fresh ice. They were happy to do so. We never heated her bottles. It was too hot. She enjoyed the chill on them.
The baby care centers were great too. We were able to pick up more formula toward the end of the trip when we were running out.
All in all.. it was a great trip.
Feel free to ask me any questions and I hope everyone has fun on thier trip!!
