We had a fantastic time. We have our picture album here .

My 2 cents:

Get a stroller, take a swim and a nap everyday, and give the "green flag" boats plenty of time.

What great photos!! Thanks for sharing. I cannot tell you how exciting it is to see the sights and know I will be there on Thursday!!

Tinkerbelle739, great pics! Makes me even more excited about going next year. I have a question for you. What kind of digital camera do you have? I'm wanting to buy one before our trip and love the quality of your pictures.

Great photos! It's so nice to see family pictures - catching the kids in their good times and funny times.

If this question was intended for me, I use a Kodak DX4220. it is a 2.1 MegaPixel (By no means expensive or professional) BUT, the pictures I have on my site are scaled down for web viewing. The actual photos are much larger with more detail.

Small note: I brought my laptop with me to download the pictures every night. If not, I would not have fit all those pictures on the 32MB SD card in my camera.

I cant believe those photos came from a 2.1! We have a 1.3 and just upgraded to a 5.3. We have just started playing with it. I also thought your pics were great and wondered what camera you had. I am impressed.

Just looking through your pics. It looks like you had a double jogger stroller. How was it? I'm afraid it is to big to fold up and get on buses. Did you have any probelms? I can't decide if I should the jogger, the duo glider, or 2 umbrella. any suggestions or comments.

I rented strollers at the theme parks. I decided to do this for a number of reasons:

1. I wouldn't have to lug a stroller around on boats, the trains in the park, monorail, etc.

2. If, by chance, someone took my stroller all I needed to do was present my receipt.

3. It was recommended by everyone who responded to my posts. :D

The jogger is the standard rental at MGM. The blue one is at EPCOT and MK.

BTW: If you use one of MK's rentals, you can drop it off at any train station when you board the train, and pick up another at your destination. That was very cool.

Well, I just spent about a 1/2 hour looking at your pictures - they were fabulous. Your girls are beautiful and look like they get along so well. It looks like you had a fabulous trip!! It looks like you got quite a few photos of the four of you - this is what I always mean to do, but never do. Did you just ask random people, or was it mostly waiters and CM's? Thanks so much for sharing!!

Looks like you did the Hoop De Doo Review? My question is when did you get your assigned table? Is it first come first serve? I reserved two tables (there are 8 of us) a while back, but do not know where we will be sitting. Obviously, we would like to be downstairs and the closer the better! What's the deal?

Also, looks like you at at the 50's cafe at MGM. Did you get PS for that as well? Looks like fun!

We're leaving in 4 days and your pictures have really got me excited about going!!!

Thanks!

Your pics are adorable--thanks for sharing them. Are some of the ones at MGM at Prime Time? I was thinking of not doing it because of poor reviews on this site but it looks adorable!

Can you tell us about your weather? What did you do when it rained? How hot was it? We leave on Thursday and it's looking like there is the possibility of showers...

TigerLilly's Mom: At restaurants, I had CM's take the pictures. Out on the street I would go up to a couple taking pictures of each other and offer to take their picture for them. In return, I'd ask them to take our picture.

Lucky978: The Hoop Dee Doo was fantastic. I highly recommend it. I'm not sure when I got my table number assigned. I booked it 8 months prior, but paid for the tickets at the WL 2 days before. ( I kinda lucked out being right up front I think.) The seat# is printed on the ticket when you get the hard copy, but like I said, I have no idea when it is actually assigned.

Lucky978/ccrosner: Yes, we did go to the 50's Prime Time Cafe. As with reviews for anything (be it movies, cars, or WDW dining) you need to take them with a grain of salt. We loved it, and will definitely be back. The CM's didn't break character a bit. It was a load of fun and the food was good too. (BTW, my wife didn't finish her green beans. So, the CM got everyone's attention and proceeded to fly the airplane in to the hanger -- while getting everyone around to put their arms out and make airplane noises.)

All: You may notice that most of our pictures are not action shots. Most of them are while at a meal. Take enough pictures to remember your vacation fondly, but view WDW with your eyes - not a viewfinder.

I love your pictures. What great memories you have!

We used our Kodak digital and DH brought his laptop to download nightly also.

We took a lot of picture, bought a lot of pictures, and still I wished we had taken more. With the baby and chasing the rest of the kids it was hard to keep everyone still long enough. Always next time.

Thanks for sharing!

I was looking at your pictures and we were at the same show! I could tell by the audience participants!

:o)
Where is that Goofy statue located @ MK? I have never seen it and my disabled DD isn't good with real characters. It would be nice to get a photo of her with him though.

Johnnybluejeans- we are leaving for WDW on the 11th. How do you download them to view them like an album like you did? I have a Sony 2.1 and was curious.

Thanks.

Maria

tigger2on: The goofy statue is in Main Street - just as you enter past the strollers on the right hand side.

tiggerinNY: There are a number of programs that will take a directory of photos, resize them, and put them in webpage format. I did this very quickly with a demo program I found on the NET. I am really not happy with it, and don't recommend it. You can use one like Arles Image Web Page Creator at http://www.digitaldutch.com/arles/. But I'm not really happy with any I've used so far. I can get back to you with a good one a bit later.

I also made a DVD slide show with a menu item for each day. This worked fantastic and was very easy to do. I used NERO 6. It has a DVD authoring tool. Very Simple and did a great job. Note: For those of you without a DVD Burner, you can also make VCD or SVCD Slideshows that will play in many DVD players.

TiggerInNY Epson has a website that is free to download your pics on. I currently use them and I really like it. It allows you to label all of your photos - even put in a whole paragraph describing them. Here's the link:

Johnnybluejeans & disneyolic -

thanks for responding to my question.

Disneyolic - I put the Epson website on my favorites. I will try it when I get back from WDW. Thanks.

9 More days!!!!! I can't wait. One of my neighbors went last week and another neighbor is there right now. I can't wait for them to get back and tell me all about it.

Thanks again.

Maria

TiggerInNY Have a wonderful trip and we hope to see your pictures posted when you return!
