Just returned from WDW & PC

Just returned from our very first trip to WDW & Pop Century. What a fantastic time we had!!! The resort couldn't have been more accommodating to us, especially since I ended up spending two days in Florida Hospital (Celebration). Too much heat...and gall bladder trouble. A word to the wise, don't rely on soda to quench your thirst in the parks - drink plenty of water. We added an extra day at Pop and they gave us a free day park pass to make up for our two lost. What a deal!!! Thanks again Pop. You and your fantastic staff made our trip so very memorable. It was far better than expected.

I asked for Tyler when we were there but the staff at the desk didn't seem to know who he was. Oh well, maybe next time.

Glad you had a good time and I hope you are feeling better!!! We stayed at PC in May and loved it!!! My DD3 keep saying, "Can we go to WDW tomorrow?" (Not realizing the 12 hour drive!!!) I say, "I wish we could, maybe soon!" Anyway, SORRY you got sick, but at least you got to stay an extra day and that had to of helped!!!

Knoxt.. LOL My DD Does that ALL the time. She has been asking to go to Disney "tomorrow" for months. She'll love our surprise 1 day trip in October. LOL

BMR72988 .. Glad you are feeling better and that the POP took good care of you with the park passes. I locked myself out of my room (EVERYTHING was in there) at the end of a very bad day (DD was in her worst form for a toddler... was VERY much on my last nerve) and they were very helpful. Coincidence of the day... that day DD and I got "Family of the Day" It really helped bring me out of the funk of a horrible day. The staff IS wonderful!

Well Tyler, I'm sorry we didn't get to meet you but our hats off to the Pop Century and staff. As I said, we had a wonderful time for the majority of our trip and even the Florida Hospital staff was exceptional. Believe me I know because I work in a large health care system in Pittsburgh. Anyway, we hope to return in two years and will definitely look into Pop Century again.
