Just returned from POP... We LOVED it.

This was our first time at POP and our first time at a value since we caught the WL bug. We were really afraid we would not be happy. As it turned out we really really love the place. Bus service is our biggest concern and it could have not been better. We only once waited just over 10 minutes and that was because we just missed a bus at an off time. Most times we waited not more than 5-10 minutes and often there was two buses if it was busy.

We had requested a room on the back of the 70's building and got just that . A very pretty view of the lake. There was no noise except for one night a family checked in kind of late and were a little over excited but in an hour all was quite. We were a very short walk to the food court and bus stop. Food at the food court was good and while it was busy, we never waited more than a few minutes for food or to pay. The waffles were really good.

Rooms of course are small but I took my shoe door hanger and kept everything really neat and organized and we had no problems. Room was clean and we got two towel animals.

Check in took about 20 minutes total and we did quick check out so no need to go to the desk. Had packages sent to hotel and got those without issues. used guest services to get ADR and they were very helpful.

Will for sure return.

I also just returned from POP....

Did a split stay between POFQ and POP....

Was also concerned...I LOVE WL....

Both exceeded my expectations....

The bus service at POP is the best...
and the pillows were actually very soft...better than WL and POFQ

I also will be back....
Something tells me I will love every WDW hotel....

Our family stayed there in 2005 and we absolutely fell in love with the resort. I can't remember the building number, but it was the building next to the Goofy Pop Jets and really close to the foodcourt. I think it might be a preferred building now, but not really sure. My kids loved the game room, and I though their gift shop was really large and had a lot of choices. Glad you had a great time.

We liked Pop! Some say they only "do" deluxe, or whatever, but I'm happy just to be on Disney property. Who am I kidding, I am happy just to be in Florida!!

We are trying BWV for the first time in April.

We've stayed at every value and we have fallen in love with POP. I would like to book another resort (for variety, maybe a Mod) but I am worried I will be disappointed. Not taking a chance so our next 2 trips will be at the POP!

For our very first trip to Disney, I first tried to book a room at All Star Movies but they were full so our travel agent said why didn't we give Pop
Century a try. Well, it was the best thing that could have happened! We fell in love with Pop and have no desire to even try any of the other resorts because we know we would be disappointed. We'll be back there for our third time Apr.25-May2!!! Can't wait!!!!
