Just returned home from Poly Concierge and it was awesome.

I had tried to get concierge before we left, no availability. Checked at check-in and they had just opened more rooms.

The new rooms are brighter and you melt in the new beds. I don't know it there the heavenly beds, but after a long humid day in the parks they sure were heavenly.

I loved the espresso, cappuccino machine.

The staff was great, the food offerings very good.

Loved the flat screen TV's. Yes we did watch a little TV especially the Weather Channel when we returned at night.

Any questions maybe I can help.

so glad you had a great stay! we are staying in april. the rooms look kind of gloomy in the pictures, i'm glad to hear they were bright!

No there still working yet we never heard a sound. or saw anyone working.

We loved the lounge, plus the small 3 floor lounge was a heaven when you needed to escape the hustle and bustle of the food lounge.

What kind of offerings were in the lounge? (I've never stayed, so I can't compare) I'm just wondering if things have changed from previous reports.
