Just returned from 6 night stay at Hrh club level

We just returned from 6 nights at hrh hotel club level and 10 nights at the poly. This hotel is so much fun. My dh wants to go back and just hang out at the pool for a week. I thought club level was well worth the extra money. There was four of us 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast was very nice. A wide variety of cereals, muffins, danishes, and hard boiled eggs. We rarely made it back for the 12-3p snacks, but there was always sodas and ice tea available. The apps were good and changed daily. We ate very little in the parks. We usually hit the appetizers and adult beverages at 5pm and then hung out at the pool until 8pm before heading over to city walk for dinner. The nice thing was being able to take your beers down to pool. The wait staff will give you a ice bucket to keep them cold. They will also give you plastic cups for your wine. It was very easy to get around the hotel. It not spread out like some of the disney hotels. It was easy to run upstairs to the club lounge to get something to drink or to do laundry while hanging out at the pool. My only complaint about the room was the small bathroom. Since I have two grade school boys my only option is too change in the bathroom. I would have liked a little more room. The bathrooms at the poly were much bigger. Overall it is a great resort and we cannot wait to go back next year. The poly was fabulous too. I have seen debates on these boards about who has the nicer resorts. I thought they were both very different and great. I will agree the Universal resorts have a better price tag.

I found that the area on the other side of the closet was a great space for privacy.
