We were there last week 2/21-2/26
We stayed at Yacht Club. Overall, excellent in every way: convenience, service, room...of course it was also hugely expensive...but we haven't been on site for 8 years, and never with our kids, so we're glad we tried it. (We usually stay at Bonnet Creek, Floridays, or one of the Marriotts)
Cast member service overall was good to excellent almost everywhere except dining where it was horrible to excellent (wide range) see my dining report.I posted a food report in Dining section if you care.
This past week was theoretically a low crowd week. I would say Sunday at Epcot...no, pretty crowded; Monday at MK, yes, low, Tuesday at HS, yes, low, Wednesday it rained in the AM so we cancelled AK and went to MK again and got great low crowds and a ton of rides in the morning but once the sun came out, crowds picked up quickly. Thursday at MK was a total zoo (huge crowds and long lines everywhere Small world at one point was 50 minutes). Friday at HS was a zoo, super long lines. We waited 25 minutes for FP+ on both star tours and TSM. At one point TT had a 105 minute wait. No thanks. I don't think there's really a low crowd time anymore or at least short standby lines (anecdotal observation).
I was a huge naysayer of FP+ but we stayed on site for the first time and booked 60 days out and were really glad we had FP+ given the long lines during a "slow period" it was easy to use and flexible. The busy days, though, you could not really get any good options for FP+ on your fourth pick, in fact by days end Thursday only Small world and Barnstormer were left...meh.
The Disney app is super great and easy to use and nice to link to the overall package.
Overall, we would go back again in a couple years, perhaps after a new land is opened at HS. We liked staying on site, but won't do the DDP plan ever again (See my dining post) and don't know that it's worth that much more than staying at say Bonnet Creek, which is probably 1/3 the cost.
Anyway...hope this helps in planning.

After an afternoon break, I went back to MK. I thought the EMH were wonderful! Buzz was a walk on 3 times in a row and I finished the night with 2 rides on 7D, which allowed me to go through the standby line (something I've wanted to do but never wanted to wait for). Epcot seemed pretty busy on Thursday before I had to leave for the airport. FWIW--I spent $136 on food (just me) over the 3 days (Tuesday lunch through Thursday lunch).I ate at Skipper's Canteen (lunch), Sunshine Seasons(lunch w/strawberry shortcake for dessert!), POP(breakfast 2x and dinner 1x), Flame Tree (1/2 ckn lunch)ABC Commissary (steak dinner), plus smoothies at the airport. I could have gone cheaper, but I got what I wanted to eat instead of trying to save a few bucks at each meal. If anyone has questions, I'm happy to answer if I can
