Just recieved membership number

We have just received our membership number in the post. It says our pack will arrive in 10/14 days.

Is there anything we can do in the meantime? I don't really know what the process is now.

Now that you have your number you should be able to call membership services and set up your online account.

It'd be another week or so before your points are loaded (sometimes shorter, sometimes longer). But at least you will have your account all set up and ready to make reservation once the points hit your account.

On the letter you received there is a number to call, first dial 0800 89 0011 then wait for the prompt then put in the phone number on the letter. This is the free DVC number from the UK. Choose option 6 and there you will be able to retrieve your log in details
