Just Received DVC Email - Member Clubhouse

Still no members email update! I don't get it why is everything so mixed up with member services? Weeks ago I registered my email address. I even got an email back from member services saying that I was registered. Now I read here on these boards that other members have received their email. Although I am registered I still have not received my email! What gives?

I called Member Services and, of course, the person I spoke with thought I was speaking a foreign language! She was going to send me another copy of Vacation Magic! I told her I had VM, it is the email in question! Then she wanted to know if I knew how to log on to dvcmember.com! She finally said that they were having technical difficulties and the site was not working well. I would have to call back later. Would Marriott be this confused?

I am going to email dvcmember.com tonight and we will try again!
