Just picked up my tickets today from the travel agent and there have been two mistakes. Firstly we're taking my son who will be 21 months and his DOB on the flight tickets says 21 Dec 04 when his birthday is the 22nd! This is the DLP booking clerks error as I was with the travel agent when she gave the information over on the telephone so I know it was correct. The travel agent has got on to DLP - took them hours to get through - and they have to look into it further and may have to send out another ticket for him. I hope they hurry as we go 2 weeks tomorrow. The second thing was the VEA - we got a booklet with all the timetables in but no ticket! DLP said that it could have been because they are changing the tickets, but then another clerk from DLP rang and said they would send out the ticket for the VEA tomorrow. So it was a good job I checked it all through otherwise we may have been stuck!
