Just passed ROFR!!

Just got a call from Jayson at The Timeshare Store and was informed that Disney passed on their option to buy back our offer on a resale.


We signed paperwork on 7/1 for 150 points at HH and heard today (7/12) that it went through! Not bad for having a holiday week in the middle of the whole process!! Should be done by first week in August. Yippee!!!

Looking forward to tacking on 4 days at HH after our trip to WDW in March '05.

Congratulations ! That was fast! We are still waiting on Disney ROFR that were submited to them on 6/ 18 ! It was for 70/pt ,160 OKW, + 34 banked, we pay fees plus closing. I wonder why ours is taking so long!!!
