Just passed ROFR...How long after closing can I book a DVC reservation

Hi...I just passed ROFR yesterday and expect to close in 10-14 days. I'm interested to learn how long after closing on a Resale does it take Disney to assign me an account number etc. so that I can call and use my new points for a reservation.

Hi...I just passed ROFR yesterday and expect to close in 10-14 days. I'm interested to learn how long after closing on a Resale does it take Disney to assign me an account number etc. so that I can call and use my new points for a reservation.

It typically takes about 10 days to get you in the system after it closes. With the Holidays coming up it might be a little different though.

Also be advised you might be in the system one day but no points in your account. Typically Disney puts you in the system one day and adds your points to the account 48 hours later.
