I'm confused...

Are these locks authorised as they can be opened by the tranit authorities? Ok so I guess the key operated ones they have a skeleton for? But what about the combination locks???

Sorry - I may be being "blonde"...

The authorities have 'skeleton' keys for ALL TSA approved locks. The combination locks have a little key hole at the bottom that can be used to over-ride the combination.

These are used as combienation locks, the only time a key is used is if they are opened by the authorities and the combienation lock is overridden
