Just offered on BWV resale and accepted by owner

Just offered $73/pt for 200 points at BWV-August UY. Has 200 banked points from 2002 and all 2003 points available. Owner accepted, now have to wait for Disney ROFR.

This would be our third add-on at DVC. You all are right.....you always want more points.

Sounds like a good deal! Banked points! I've been looking at the timeshare store site, most have all 2003 points used, no points until late 2004! Good luck with ROFR!

When I checked the Timeshare Store site, they had a bunch of listings with banked points as well as points for 2003. Just a few didn't have points until 2004 and the prices on those were a lot lower. Are we reading the same webpage?

I was looking at the ones with around 100 points. The boardwalk one has no points until 8/04, the OKW one has no points until 9/04. I was also looking at timeshares by resale and the same thing.

I just recently went through a grueling 30-day waiting period to find out that my resale was accepted. Others have reported a minimum of 3 weeks in waiting recently. So, be patient.
