This is not a trip report but a short list of post dry dock observations.
Loved the new decor in Cove Cafe and Signals. Books and magazines were no longer in Cove Cafe but the desserts were available and just as yummy. (Also, the stores did not have any magazines for purchase this cruise. There were books but no magazines.)
On demand on the cabin TV was up and running. So very nice to have the option of viewing your account!
Duck Dine-In was not ready. They were serving hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken tenders at the Pizzeria. I missed the condiments as all that was available were packets of mustard, ketchup, etc. I always would load up on lettuce and pickles to have along with the always addicting chicken tenders. I know it sounds weird but it was my weird thing, lol.
We checked out the Vibe but other than some updated decor not much had changed. Then again, there is no room to expand, etc., so not a surprise.
There were still plenty of workers on board but not in your face. We only really noticed them in Cabanas when they were having meals.
I believe the safes were new to the Magic? I can't remember if they were different from our last cruise on the Magic.
Rapunzel's Royal Table - loved loved loved it. The decor is amazing and the entertainment was a lot of fun. I have a soft spot for the Thugs and they along with Rapunzel and Flynn made their way to each table through the course of dinner. We only ate there one night so I have no idea if there is anything special going on if your dining rotation includes a 2nd night at Rapunzel's. We liked the menu and you have to try the dessert served in a skillet. I can't remember the name.
We had 2 issues in the cabin. The a/c was not working but our host (Phillip) had already reported the issue by the time we got to our cabin and it was fixed asap. Once the safe would not unlock and I called Guest Services and it was fixed promptly.
I will try to post some pics later. Back to work today and I was too exhausted last night to do much of anything.
