Just off Fantasy EC --Highs and Lows

Did you have your birthday noted on your reservation? We have cruised twice on my DH's birthday. Got it put on out reservation and both times they "celebrated" it in the MDRs. We never mentioned it to our servers prior to the night. He also received a certificate & birthday button in our cabin from Guest Services.

Do you remember who the entertainers were?

Ventriloquist Lynn Metzger, Magician/Illusionist Mike Super, Juggler Marcus Monroe, and Hypnotist Dale K.

We did not go to the shows of the latter two, but Marcus Monroe performed at the final goodbye show, and he was hilarious--tears rolling down my face hilarious! It made me regret not going to his shows.
 
Our Happy Limo driver picked us up shortly after 9 at Cabana Bay. He got us at port in 40 minutes! By the time we unloaded, paid his tip, and made our way to the gate, it was probably around 10. We had to wait awhile before they would let us in!

I have FL Tours booked and their site says they won't do pickups til 10 because of some new law not allowing drop offs at port til 11. I have a 10:30 PAT so that is annoying. I need to look into switching to Happy Limo.

We were so happy with them. We also enjoyed talking with our drivers (airport to Universal and Universal to Port) and learning about their home countries.
 
Brett is back!!! Yay! This is the first time I've seen him back on the Fantasy according to reports , I believe he's been on the Wonder. Excited to see him again, he's awesome at the Tube. Thanks!
I just got off the Fantasy yesterday and Brett was leaving to head to the Wonder yesterday ... We had a great time with him!

I cannot get their website to work for the life of me! What did you put in for pick-up location and drop-off location? I have tried the resort name, the resort address, and the port info and it says "not found."
 
I did read the small print. It says nothing about not picking up from port, or about not transferring from one location to another. Isn't their slogan "We'll pick you up"? We gave them poor ratings on a survey, the corporate manager called to speak to my husband, and she agreed that they should have picked us up. So they WERE in the wrong.

This wasnt your 1st cruise was it. If it wasnt you have no excuse at all then, you have seen the ridiculous lines for ALL the rental car companies. I work for the competition so I lover hearing that they screwed up. Just a FYI I wait also even being an employee

We used ACE luxury which is another option. They were great!

Besides Brett, who were the other Cruise Staff team members?

I'm horrible with names, but Max (I think?) did the Art of the Theme Ship tour. Joshie did the other ship tour (like the introduction to the ship). Cory taught most of the animation classes I went to, and some of the trivia nights.

Do you mean lunch on the ship? We always ate at Cabanas. We didn't want to spend time at a table service restaurant, and DH had a bad experience in 2014 when he ordered a lunch from Flo's. There were usually crab claws and cocktail shrimp, chicken breasts and fish, pizza, chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, salads, soups, and desserts.

When we did the Bath's, we got back to our room around 2, so we ordered room service. That was very convenient.

Two of our favorite room service conveniences -- ordering after an excursion when we've missed lunch; and your previous post about ordering room service breakfast on port days. So convenient.

What happened at Flo's?

We are on the same sailing! He was great on our Sept 2015 cruise. We actually bought him a little gift, wondering if guest services will take it and give to him for us since he'll be on a different ship? :/
