No private character meet for concierge.
DCL excursions required at any port stop other than Castaway Cay for under 12s, not required for age 12 and up.
Yes, everyone must test at terminal.
Cost of testing at terminal is included. Cost for under 12s to test 1-3 days before sail date is not included.

Thanks. The excursion thing is killer with a 1 yr old. There are almost no options. I'm not sure what's worse that or no character greet.
