Just Off Dream and Fantasy - Concierge

Just back from Dream 9/20 and Fantasy 9/25. Both in a concierge one bedroom.

Covid testing and boarding - very smooth and efficient. Took us about an hour from arrival to walking on the ship.

Mask compliance - excellent.

Capacity - 1100 guests for both cruises. About 250 kids. Never felt crowded. Very few lines.

Concierge services were the same as pre-covid except you are served food and beverages. Never had an issue getting into the lounge or sundeck.

Happy to answer questions.

We are so glad we sailed and can’t wait to board again in December!!

I truly don’t remember servers. We only ate 2 nights in dining room.
He was not our stateroom host.


Don’t know what a club host is.

We did sail Christmas 2019, but not in concierge. May have met somewhere else on ahip

When we sailed on the fantasy earlier this month, Skyline was only open for tastings also. When we asked some of the bartenders, they said they dont expect it to open any time soon.

Masks must be worn in the lounge unless seated and actively eating or drinking - which is the same as the dining room.

We were on Magic a week or two back and our amazing head server will be joining Dream (again) 3 days before our concierge sailing, I will have to look for his name. My thoughts were he was great at looking after his servers and a real lovely guy that made a difference just making sure we had a great time

We were on the 9/11/21 Fantasy sailing in concierge, and we received the tip envelopes and slips with the names. You could add extra tip on the app, or cash, or complete a form the concierge hosts/guest services would process.

I haven’t cruised but have seen enough recent vlogs to answer.
No private character meet for concierge.
DCL excursions required at any port stop other than Castaway Cay for under 12s, not required for age 12 and up.
Yes, everyone must test at terminal.
Cost of testing at terminal is included. Cost for under 12s to test 1-3 days before sail date is not included.
