Just Moved In...

I just moved into my new apartment this morning...Im in Chatham in a 3 bedroom which is much more nice than the 4 bedroom in my opinion...Im in building 7 which is right by the gym and the pool which is pretty nice as well...just hopefully the roommates are good guys and i will be instored for a great summer time here...and hopefully I will meet lots of new people too!!

yay!! i am going down for the summer program, maybe i will see you there! i hear chatham is a lot nicer than vista...what do you think? do you have any idea if you can choose one or the other or does it just all depend on where you are in line when you check in? have fun!!!

Find someone with a digicam (if you don't have one) and take lots of pictures!!! At least that might hold those of us coming down in August over for a while.

hey all just wanted to respond to u guys about the whole chatham vs vista...chatham is alot nicer of course b/c its newer and all and comes with a bunch of ustuff in the kitchen including a toaster...well atleast that I know of...i have a friend that lives in vista and she said that she doesnt have a toaster but there is alot more people walking aound and doing stuff than in chatham...chatham is very quite and laid back...but anyways hopefully i answered some questions let me know if i can answer any more...

george formans are allowed, i bought one last time and will be bringing it back this time (i think i cooked everything on it) but regular grill aren't allowed, but you might be able to sneak one in

Question- how many bathrooms does the 3-BR at Chatham have? I am just wondering because I am considering that for the CP.

all the 3bdr have 2 bathrooms, but i'm pretty sure the chathum ones are the same as the ones at vista, and the 2nd bathroom has a shower instead of a bathtub.

For some reason I thought that there was one bathroom for every bedroom/2 people. I guess that is wrong. So the 3 bedrooms in chatham and vista both only have 2 bathrooms?? How about the 2 bedroom and the 4 bedroom apartments?

And what's this about some only having showers??

the one and two bedroom apartments have one bathroom with a tub in it, the three and four bedroom apartments have two bathrooms but one has a tub and one has just a shower- i'm gonna try for a three bedroom at chathum, i had a three bedroom at vista last time and it was great that the three bedroom is the same price as the four bedroom- two less people and an extra bathroom

Not true about the bathroom situation... I live in a 3 bedroom in Chattam and we have 3 bathrooms.

But as far as Chattam vs. Vista... Its all about what you prefer... If you like a quiet party free situation go with Chattam... If you wana party go to Vista.

That's great! I already wanted to be at Chatham again, but I couldn't decide between a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. If the Chatham 3-BR has 3 bathrooms, then that is what I am going to ask for.

hold up... Let me get this straight. If i want a shower i have to get a 2-3 bedroom place. The single bedrooms only have bathtubs... Man thats ghetto if that is how it works. I figured showers would be the way to go.

no, actually it's a shower with a bathtub. besides why would you want a single bedroom for? it's way more fun in a bigger apartment- all my friends down there had 3 or 4 room apartments and i had a 3 room.

Is that at Vista or Chatham? I lived in a two-bedroom at Chatham on my CP, and we had two bathrooms. (Thank God; the 4 of us had enough problems sharing a kitchen. I can't imagine the deathmatch that would have ensued had we shared a bathroom, too.)

it was at vista-there it's one bathroom for 1 or 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for 3-4 rooms and it's sounding like chatham it's a bathroom for everyroom. (when i was there last time they had closed chathum for my program and we all had to live at vista)
