We're trying to slowly get to all of the things we keep saying we want to do, and haven't tried yet. We decided to add a performance of La Nouba to our upcoming trip! We have tickets to the 6:00 show on 10/17. Our seats are in section 205, so we're hoping that we'll have a decent view. I saw the new Tier 3 rates, but I'm too chicken about the view to try it.

We'll be staying at BWV. We're trying to decide if we should drive to the West Side, or if we should just take the bus to DTD. We usually drive to that area, but I'm thinking it might be more of a pain to get the car back from valet for the ride over. Anyone have insight on the bus trip from BWV to DTD?

Also, would you grab something to eat at DTD afterwards, or head back to the Boardwalk? It will be dh, ds (9), and me.

In August we were staying at BCV and saw La Nouba. It was a great show. We drove, because it had been raining off and on all day and forecast called for it to continue into the night (which it did). Plus it was nice to be able to not have to factor travel time on the bus to get to the theater on time.

As far as eating at DTD. We went to dinner right after the show at House of Blues (10% discount as DVC member). Food was a little pricy even with the discount, but no more than other sit down restaurants at WDW. For your information it was a party of 4, self, dw, ds (15) and mil (70+).

Enjoy the show.

You will love the show!! We(me,dh,ds19,ds8) saw it in August .Originally when I made ressies both dh and 19yo told me they didn't want to go and to cancel them but I hung in there and told them it was non-refundable and they had no choice. So we all went and everyone loved it!They are all saying we have to see it again when we go again in 2004! We also had section 205 and the view was great. Word of warning tho-You will want to go back again just to see what you missed the first time because there is just so much to watch!!:teeth:
We took the bus from FW Cabins and ate at Rainforest Cafe after the show.food was good but a little pricey.I joined their club for $15 and got 10% off our bill(it almost covered my $15!!)
HTH,
Trish

I would take the car, since you have one available. You can always move it to DTD after the show. We saw LaNouba in June. It was jaw-dropping spectacular! Enjoy the show!:jester:

Wow,

Glad to hear that everyone who's responded so far liked the show... that's unusual on these boards! I think we're going to go with the majority, and drive over to the show. That way we'll have some flexibility on where we eat. I'm thinking about dinner at Fulton's, but we've never tried Bongo's or HOB. We've already decided not to do RFC this trip (we're a little Rainforested out at the moment).
