Just made our PS's! But still need help.

After reading up, I made PS's for dinner at Fulton's Crab House, Cinderella's Royal Table and the Fantasmic Dinner Package! I am so excited. This is only our second trip to WDW and wanted to make it as good as possible. I've read that sometimes they offer the Sci Fi Diner as an option. Is this true?

Also, are there any other places you would recommend for us? We are a young, fun couple with NO kids so NOT having characters at the dinner is kind of a 'plus' for us.

Since I've been going, I have never seen the Sci Fi offered but maybe it sometimes happens on holidays when they are VERY busy. Don't know.

I've heard that Yachtsman and Le Cellier are great for a good steak.

Also, we had a great time at 50's Prime Time.

Also Whispering Canyon is great fun.
