we were just made gold with our booked trip to the british isles for sept and I have 2 questions

when can we start booking tours and

are the tours billed right away to our account or not until the cruise starts

If you log on to your cruise reservation, it will show the exact date.
Gold (completed 5 - 9 cruises) would be 105 days prior to sail date.
Silver (completed 1 - 4 cruises) would be 90 days prior to sail date.

Activities are billed to your on-board account.

We’ve already completed 5 cruises. This upcoming one will be our 6 th. When I made the deposit it has us listed as gold. As far as booking tours. Do the tours will be billed to our account and so we don’t pay for the when we book them. Thanks for the help

You won't be billed for excursions until you are on board.

As long as you are booking excursions through DCL, it will go to your onboard account after your board the ship. If you book private tours, they all have their own rules on when they charge you for the tour.
