Just Made Colossal Mistake! Lost Chef Mickey's!

I am so upset and I know you all will understand. I was shifting around some of my ADRs, based on some changes to our traveling group, and I thought I had gotten (by some MIRACLE) a Chef Mickey's dinner res for one night of our December trip. I booked it, and quickly went to free up the brunch ADR we had for earlier. Turns out, I was on OCTOBER, not DECEMBER! I lost my brunch ADR and obviously won't be there this Thursday (when the Chef Mickey's ADR I mistook for December was for...)

Really, really sad.

I have noticed when making ADR's (and when checking park hours) the calendar on the Disney website defaults to the current month, so people really need to pay attention. I almost got burned more than once making ADR's for an upcoming trip.

I'm sorry that stinks. Maybe some of the dining search sites will be able to get you a December ADR soon. Good luck!

Thanks, All. I find myself trying to dream up a better system for these ADRs...something more transparent to all. This was my mistake, though, and luckily, I'm the only one who knew we even had CM to begin with, so no kids disappointed-- just mom!

If you’re flexible and keep looking you can probably get it back. We got brunch at CM on Labor Day weekend. Showed up on saturday and I grabbed it for Sunday morning.
